Compliance – ensure the organization is compliant with Danish legislation in respect of the expat and Local foreign hires population– and at the same time support the business needs within the company.
Tax reporting – ensure that all relocation benefits provided to expatriates and Local foreign hires are reported correctly to the Danish tax authorities.
Social security – ensure both employee and employer at all times are compliant with international social security agreements including applying for the right schemes in order to ensure the most cost effective set up and that the employees always are well covered.

Who we are
Expat Tax Denmark IVS is founded and manage by Lars Høj Kallesøe. Educated in 2000 as cand.merc.jur – Master in Economical Law. Since then Lars has worked with international personal tax and global mobility as tax specialist for several years – hereof 7 years at Big 4 companies and the last 8 years as Global Mobility Specialist at the leading Global Mobility vendor in Scandinavian.
Lars has great experience with international and Danish personal tax and all the compliance tasks in this connection. Further Lars has in deep knowledge of Global Mobility and it´s processes. By being working with both the hard core tax side and Global Mobility Management during several years Lars knows the connection between the areas and how they influence at each other and can therefore assisting in setting up the right balance between tax, compliance and global mobility and ensure that the policies and processes is not a show stopper for the business but can be a valuable help for the business.
